  • While we endeavour to bring you high quality products, on occasion, an item might slip through that is not up to standard. If this occurs, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to discuss options.
  • Exchange, refund or store credit may be given for faulty items, depending on the item and situation.
  • No refunds will be given for e-pattern purchases or gift certificates.
  • No refunds will be given for change of mind, but store credit or exchange may be arranged.
  • Returns for change of mind will incur postage charges.
  • All returns must be in original, unopened condition in order to qualify for exchange or store credit.
