Big Day Out

This bag is just wonderful; you can use it for baby things or an overnight stay. There’s plenty of room for all the gear and with lots of pockets on the inside nothing will be hard to find. The top has a zipper to keep things secure. There are handles as well as an adjustable shoulder strap.

Finished size: 18” x 13” with a 6” gusset (46cm x 33cm x 15cm)

  • 1.3mt lining
  • .8mt calico or similar (not seen)
  • .6mt cotton wadding
  • Small amounts of fabric for appliques – yellows and gold for the flowers, red for the pot and greens for the stems and leaves
  • 15cm vliesofix
  • 5cm piece of Velcro (both sides)
  • 2 × 25mm D rings
  • 1mt x 6mm wide elastic
  • 50cm and 18cm zippers
  • Thread for piecing, appliques and quilting
